About Scott Ohlfs
Scott has lived in the Fox Cities area his entire life, growing up on a farm outside of Black Creek. Scott has always enjoyed designing and building things and has over 32 years of experience in commercial, residential, and industrial construction. During that time, he has relied on his father's teaching of building things to last. Those values have helped me to become a supervisor on many construction projects.
Scott taught construction and welding at Fox Valley Tech for 15 years and has over 5 years of training in the HVAC industry.
As Scott thought about his next move, he started to research the home inspection business here in the Fox Cities. He was surprised to find such a limited number of Certified Inspectors of pre-existing and new construction homes in the area. This lead him to the decision to start schooling and to become a a licensed inspector through The National Society of Inspectors. He is also a certified member of The National Home Inspectors Association.
Scott is continuing his education to become a certified Commercial Inspector, specializing in Mold & Mildew, Radon and Foundations.
